Risa Hontiveros has formally requested the Department of Justice (DOJ) to issue an immigration lookout bulletin order against controversial megachurch leader Apollo Quiboloy as the senator intends to investigate sexual abuse and human trafficking allegations involving his religious group, Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KJC).
