An Oregon judge has entered the final order striking down a voter-approved gun control law. Harney County Circuit Court Judge Robert Raschio signed the general judgment on Monday.

      And the judge was correct. Majoritarian bullshit is not a valid excuse to infringe on people’s rights.

        “Majoritarian bullshit”, otherwise known as voting, is the only check and balance we have on this form of governance short of full on upheaval.

        Don’t be so quick to ignore the voice of the people without first remembering it’s your voice too.
