The Lemmy.world Support sidebar says:
For Lemmy software requests or bug reports, please go to the Lemmy github page.
I’ve been to github, both for Lemmy issues and for other githubbish communications, and never found a welcome mat for non-techy users. It’s a site for software developers.
Is there some way a non-techy user can make contact with Lemmy developers?
I’d say !lemmy@lemmy.ml but your questions/feature requests will mostly be ignored because the devs prioritize GitHub issues.
No, the whole point of using GitHub is for organization. You can communicate a bug report or something you’d like to make and someone else can add it in GitHub.
Where, though? Where does one communicate a bug report or something?
Bookmarked!
I am sending you Lemmy Gold, which sadly ain’t nothing but this electronic high-five. Thank you!
I just meant here if you didn’t understand GitHub. Someone could possibly do it for you.
