Spent Thanksgiving on St George Island in Florida. Caught some amazing time lapses, Gulf Fritillaries, a Great Blue Heron, and this Van Gogh-Esque shot over the gulf.

What makes it a beaver moon?

  Based on Native American tradition, each full moon has a specific name based on seasonal habits of animals or people.
  
  The Beaver Moon is named due to it being the time of year when Beavers become less visible and begin to hibernate.
