Starbucks Workers United baristas announced Tuesday morning that they have voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike, if necessary, to win fair raises, benefits and staffing, protest unfair labor practices, and resolve outstanding litigation with Starbucks.
There’s no way the CEO is worth that much.
They could pay their workers more, their executives less (but still probably too much), and then there wouldn’t be a problem.
I won’t mourn the next CEO like this that gets visited by Saint Luigi. They could have chosen a different path.
