Is there a keyboard app (for Android or iOS) that supports extinct languages, like Ancient Greek, Old Norse, Sumerian, Coptic, and so on?

There is Futhark keyboard Not sure about other languages. Found Glagolitic keyboard But idk if there is 1 app for many different ancient languages
SwiftKey has Coptic.
You mean just the letters/signs? Heliboard allows you to edit layout by just adding the letters you want. If those languages have their letters in UTF-8 you can add them to a layout
