    And we take the hit when we have an unscheduled day off. That’s how being employed works. Forcing childless people to have more unscheduled days off because parents get priority on scheduling PTO is unfair to those without kids.

        Yeah. Employers aren’t going to change. If everyone wants to mob up and try to force them to I’m all for it. But for now the reality of the situation is childless people are getting shafted worse than parents because the parents demand special treatment.

            Putting words in my mouth again. Never asked people to stop having kids.

            If it’s so feasible to force employers to change fucking do it then.

                Didn’t ask for them not to get time off. Said they should get the same priority as everyone else. Read better.

                    you advocated that they be fired if they can’t show up to their shifts because they are caring for their children.

                    That’s what happens to everyone else that doesn’t show up to their shifts because parents took all the PTO slots. Why do you hate the childless? Some people can’t have kids you know.
