You might be better off trying to find some effective nootropics (though seriously do your research, and accept that they basically wont be perfect replacements, but they may be better than nothing)
Modafinil, Saffron Extract, and Noopept are the three that I would say have been the closest to my actual ADHD meds for me (taken individually, not together).
Huperazine A, can also be useful for some people.
But yeah actual meds can are gold standard, Atomoxetine can be life changing for some people so don’t right it off entirely, but it does suck that its expensive.
