Not sure what your problem is, currently all GPUs are available, most are in stock and the price is the lowest it has been for a year or so.
The prices are still relatively high (in general terms), but the market is fine.
What card do you actually want to buy, or are you just venting?
Well now the GPU market is fine, but quite possible boom in AI devel may change it quickly
