The main benefit is that this allows using the phone in landscape Mode while maps car Mode for what ever reason still only works in the default orientstion.

This also Shows the current speed which is something maps doesnt do everswhere.

There is also a option that looks like the new android auto ui.

Like I mentioned they take it to the far extrem for sure. But sometimes I have the feeling most Western goverments want to do the same.

Ah hab vergessen “stand jetzt” bezüglich der Abdeckung durch solar und Wind zu schreiben. Natürlich können wir den Bedarf theoretisch ganz leicht abdecken. Nur haben wir stand jetzt bei weitem nicht genug entsprechende Kraftwerke und Speicher.

Ob wir es wollen oder nicht, dank den Stand jetzt idiotischen AKW aus brauchen wir Kohle um zu mehr.

Nur Wind und Sonne können unseren Bedarf stand jetzt nicht decken.
