I may have been a bit hyperbolic calling Germany a ‘police state’ at the same time not exactly since places where you can be arrested for non-violent speech are not far off from police states. They’re separate because at the moment there’s a lot of people who are intentionally or unintentionally confusing Anti-Zionist movements with antisemitism. Antisemitism is hate speech and bigotry which is banned under rule 1. Zionism and it’s corresponding genocide denial is also hate speech but is separated into its own rule for clarity and to also make it clear that polite or “civil” Zionism isn’t welcome either. That’s where we get the people arguing that ‘you should feel hypocritical for supporting Greta Thunberg because [Something Anti-Zionist she said]’.

Lol you are so out of touch with reality, trans people are real and have existed for as long as humanity has. We have records of people in ancient societies who are believed to be what we consider nowadays to be transgender (i.e. being AMAB but being buried in a women’s burial position and burial site) and ironically many of them were respected and honored in those cultures (which is why we even know in the first place).

Also Two-Spirit is a Native American identity, it was added because there are indigenous people who identify that way and deserve to be seen. The fact that you are putting it and them down shows how little you actually care.

Because they still think they aren’t and want to pretend they aren’t, they believe the law is on their side and they don’t have it in them to lie to a court and/or falsify evidence that they did do it “clean room” and betray the law which they believe is on their side.
