2·12 hours agoNo I’m saying the guns should feel different, have some heft and weight to them. Use the revolver in half life 2 for an example of a gun with weight behind the shots.
You’re free to enjoy whatever you like, I’m not saying you shouldn’t. I just think it’s odd for the OP of this comment thread to say “it’s got good gunplay, it’s a Bethesda game” because the general opinion was that Bethesda games were lacking in this very area until Starfield. Bethesda themselves realized they needed to improve the gunplay from the Fallout games, they brought people over from Doom for this specific reason.

This is one of the most common criticisms of the Bethesda Fallout games, so I didn’t think I had to qualify my opinion. I am far from the first person to make this claim. Even Bethesda realized the gunplay was lacking in their Fallout games, which is why they hired people from Doom to work on Starfield.
The guns have little feeling of impact or weight, they lack good animations, and there is little variety in the types of recoil or spread. Most of the time you just end up spraying at the enemy, and it takes too many rounds. The guns feel more like squirt guns than real guns.
FO4 is not an immersive sim.
Bethesda games notoriously have shitty gun play.
There are other construction vehicle battles that don’t involve dumping human shit into a dry river bed and delusions from god.
Killdozer guy sucks, he deserves nothing but ridicule.
I still have like 95 blotters of 25C-NBOMe left over from 10 years ago. The low therapeutic ratio and risks associated with overdose are just not worth it to me. I see no improvement over traditional RC tryptamines and phenethylamines.
It’s a very interesting substance. The short duration is a blessing, if you’re uncomfortable just wait 20 minutes and you’re sober again. You’re never going to be locked into hours of thought spirals. I’ve had more difficult experiences with cannabis than DMT.
DMT is great. It’s so short and forceful you don’t have time to have a bad trip. My most difficult times on mushrooms, LSD, or various 2C-x compounds were because I had time to think.
There’s no time to think on DMT. One second you’re sucking on the vape and it tastes funny, the next second every thing is melting, you have to close your eyes, and some entity is comforting you and welcoming you back, despite this being your first time.

And yes, relative to paper currency, even envelopes are handled significantly less. However, I’m not talking about envelopes, I didn’t think that had to be said.
Don’t use bills, that is nasty and handled by people who don’t wash their hands after they shit. Who doesn’t have some junk mail sitting around they can cut up and roll all the same?
