So No. I also was always very irritated by this quote, because from a scientific point of view this is rather incorrect, as (like you said) experiments need to be repeated, to verify the results.

This rule is however also broken. The intention of these simple ethical/moral/social rules is to be as simple as possible, while still being a good approach. The are not intended to be absolutely followed, but to be a rule of thumb, until more information is available, to adapt properly to the situation.

Das Selbe könnte daher natürlich auch auf das Wort “Teelicht” zutreffen. Tut es hier aber tatsächlich nicht.

Ich bin enttäuscht in den Mangel an menschlicher Neugier, in ein jeder Person die dieses Meme sieht, und sich diese Frage nicht stellt.

Korrektur: Das dieses Detail in der Berichterstattung fehlt, liegt nicht daran, dass alle einfach nur von der Nachrichtenagentur abschreiben, sondern dass die offizielle Veröffentlichung vom Landgericht Koblenz, dies nicht erwähnt.

Ein kritisches Detail, dass mir bei der Beurteilung dieses Urteil es fehlt, ist allerdings, wie viel Verspätung dieser Zug in der geschilderten Situation tatsächlich hatte. Streiten wir uns um 20 Minuten oder 2 Stunden?

Die Information ist allerdings nirgends auffindbar, weil alle Nachrichtenseiten einfach nur die Vorlage von der Nachrichtenagentur AFP nutzen, und dadurch alle exakt den gleiche Inhalt haben.

Um einmal pedantisch zu sein. Unser Gehirns ist keine “KI” (“Künstliche Intelligenz”), sondern die “Intelligenz” die wir “künstlich” mit Computer zu imitieren versuchen. Die grundlegende Architektur aus dem Bereich “KI”, die (künstlichen) Neuronalen Netzwerke, sind ganz explizit von der Funktionsweise unseres (menschlichen) Gehirns inspiriert.

Das ist natürlich eine rein persönliche Präferenz und auch immer von der expliziten Situation abhängig. Ich gehe da ein bisschen mit dem Ansatz hin, dass Kleinkinder sich nur bedingt kontrollieren lasse, Lärm aus Lautsprechern aber eine willentliche Handlung ist.
