That depends on what you need it to do. You’re not going to get a 1:1 replacement.

I don’t have a best alternative, as my use-case is an Android phone running Lineage.
A senior’s phone. Sometimes also called feature phone. Some of them are pretty good.
Are you looking for a dumb phone? If so the best alternative on the market is probably the Light Phone III. It’s pricey though because its a niche product

Afaik HMD, formerly Nokia makes good dumb phones.
A Nothing phone with graphene
A smartphone that you don’t sign into or use any apps on.
And disable mobile data and wifi.
There’s one that has a switch that puts you offline, but I can’t remember the name of it.
